Reporting Out of State License Plates
 
This form can be used to assist you in making a complaint about vehicles parked in Highland that currently have an out of state license plate displayed on the vehicle. Only complete this form if the vehicle has been observed for a period for longer than 60 days as required by state law.  Please complete the form below and then select the "E-Mail Complaint" button.
